Sterile swabs are mainly used for filling needles, equipment recesses, uneven surfaces, and piping surface wipe sampling in clean rooms or isolators.
Monitoring methods include the settle plate method, quantitative air sampling method, and surface sampling methods (such as the swabbing method and the contact plate method). In daily environmental monitoring, the contact plate method and the swabbing method are commonly used for surface microbial monitoring of aseptic drug production.

Product performance
The product consists of radiation-resistant polypropylene tubes, polypropylene rods, flocked/polyester fiber swab heads, and internal transport medium.
Structure design
The swab head uses polyester fiber or flocked materials, ensuring non-dust release.
The swab rod and cap are integrated, allowing for inverted placement on the desktop.
Product advantages

Sampling area: wipeable area of 25 square centimeters
Wiping method: The swab tube is contacted with the sampling surface at a 30° angle, and the wipe is slow and thorough. While moving forward, it is moved from one side to the other, covering the entire coating area during the wipe. Then, flip the swab and let the other side of the swab also wipe, with the wipe direction perpendicular to the previous wipe movement direction (as shown in the figure below). (Note: Try to use the same force, wipe speed, and wipe path for each sample as much as possible.)
